HERS Rater
This class is the first step toward becoming a Certified HERS Rater with the ability to perform HERS Ratings, Energy Audits and other testing and inspections for various programs.

HERS RFI
This class teaches the concepts necessary to become a Certified HERS Rating Field Inspector (RFI). The RFI works under the supervision of a Certified HERS Rater collecting field data.

RESNET CAZ
This training course is required for all students taking the Rater or RFI training courses.
All current Raters and RFIs are required to take this class by January 1, 2015.

RESNET CAZ Exam Only Option
All current Raters and RFIs are required to take CAZ training by January 1, 2015.
This is the Exam only option for those Rater/RFIs who have a current BPI BA certification.

ENERGY STAR Version 3 Rater/RFI
This class is Required for all Raters and RFIs who want to perform ENERGY STAR for New Homes Version 3 or later inspections and testing.
